Puccettoni Italian Pizza & Food in Fort Lauderdale is looking for a reliable and motivated person to join our kitchen team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with food, learns quickly, and wants to become key member of our operation. Extensive experience is not required, we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities include: - Preparing and cooking pizza - Preparing panzerotti - Preparing gnocchi - Making sandwiches and other menu items - Learning and working across different kitchen stations - Maintaining a clean, organized and efficient workspace - Following recipes, portion standards and food safety procedures - Supporting the team during busy service periods What we are looking for: - Reliable and punctual - Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen - Willing to learn multiple stations - Good attitude and strong work ethic - Able to work independently once trained - Previous pizza or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a stable position, consistent growth, and the chance to become an important part of a growing Italian food concept.
