Demand Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities

%CF; Process Internal Requests (IR) on a daily basis, monitor request status, verify item availability, and manage sales order transitions within Rootstock ERP.

%CF; Process incoming internal demand against available supply, existing demand commitments, and available-to-promise (ATP) dates across product lines.

%CF; Track and help resolve order backlogs, delays, and fulfillment issues in partnership with cross-functional teams.

%CF; Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Service, Operations, Procurement, and Production to support order execution and resolve demand-related issues.

%CF; Monitor and document forecast variances, supply constraints, and other issues affecting internal demand fulfillment.

%CF; Maintain accurate ERP data by verifying active Bills of Materials (BOMs), Make/Buy classifications, and safety stock configurations for manufactured parts.

%CF; Support the accuracy and integrity of demand and supply data within Rootstock ERP.

%CF; Update and maintain supply chain KPI reports and variance dashboards using Excel and Tableau.

%CF; Identify recurring issues in the internal demand process and recommend opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and operational execution.

%CF; Maintain clear and accurate documentation of requests, order status, and outstanding actions.
