Assistant General Manager | High Volume Restaurant & Entertainment

The right candidate will be comfortable leading a busy restaurant, making decisions on the floor, and helping a management team deliver consistently strong results.

What You'll Do

Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help lead the restaurant's daily operation and ensure a strong experience for both guests and employees.

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts
• Coach, develop, and motivate managers and team members
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Support staffing, scheduling, and labor management
• Help drive sales and restaurant profitability
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Recruit, train, and retain strong team members
• Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues
• Support high volume service and special events
• Maintain food safety and operating standards
• Build a positive, accountable team culture
• Partner with the General Manager on initiatives that improve the business

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong high volume full service restaurant background
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Strong FOH leadership skills
• Experience with labor, scheduling, and restaurant operations
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Hands on leadership approach
• Ability to remain composed and effective during high volume periods
