Field Operations Technician

Now Hiring: Field Operations Technician

No two days are the same. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on person who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting things done. One day you may be picking up materials, the next assisting on a job site, making repairs, hauling a trailer, or helping keep our projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities

* Pick up and deliver construction materials

* Run company errands

* Pick up, haul, and dump trailers

* Perform basic repairs and maintenance

* Assist with construction and restoration projects

* Keep equipment, vehicles, and job sites organized

* Work well with others and help wherever needed

Requirements

* Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

* Must have experience safely towing and backing up trailers

* Construction experience required

* Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work

* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

* Positive attitude and works well with others

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think ahead

* Must be able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to maximize productivity throughout the day

* Able to work independently while also being a strong team player

* Must be able to pass a background check

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, doesn’t wait to be told what to do, and can recognize what needs to be done before being asked. This is not a position for someone who needs constant supervision. We want a self-starter who can think ahead, solve problems, work efficiently, and help keep projects moving forward.
