Quality Blacktopping + Concrete is looking for a reliable Class A CDL Driver to join our Cincinnati team. This is a local position hauling materials to and from job sites—perfect for drivers who want a consistent routine and to be home every night.


Job Highlights:

  • Home Daily: Local routes only—no overnights or long-haul travel.
  • Steady Pay: Competitive hourly rate of $20.00 – $25.00/hour.
  • Immediate Start: We are looking to hire and get you on the road within 1-2 weeks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe Operation: Expertly maneuver Class A vehicles to transport blacktop and paving materials to various local job sites.
  • Equipment Stewardship: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, performance, and compliance.
  • Site Coordination: Partner closely with on-site paving crews to ensure the precise and efficient delivery of materials.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, professional vehicle and manage accurate daily logs and project documentation.
  • Active Team Support: Bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to the site, with a readiness to assist the crew with ground tasks whenever the truck is stationary.


Qualifications:

  • License: Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
  • Experience: Proven commercial driving experience (dump truck experience is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate a manual transmission.
  • Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and able to navigate active construction zones safely.
  • Physicality: Ability to handle standard load/unload procedures associated with asphalt delivery.
