Hiring: Experienced Vitamin & Juice Bar Specialist (West New York, NJ)*

*Pay:* $16.00 / hour + Weekly Performance Commission
*Hours:* ~35 hours per week
* *Monday – Saturday:* 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
* *Sunday:* 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
*Compensation Structure:*
Base pay is $16.00 per hour, plus a tiered weekly commission based on store sales:

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist customers with personalized product recommendations based on health and wellness goals.
* Prepare and serve juice bar menu items to daily clientele.
* Manage store operations during evening shifts and drive store sales goals.
* Perform complete end-of-day closing procedures, including register balancing and securing the shop.
*Qualifications:*
* Prior experience working in a supplement, health food, or vitamin store environment (strongly preferred).
* Solid background and understanding of basic vitamins, herbs, and dietary supplements.
* Experience or comfort working in a fast-paced juice bar setting.
* Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of handling closing shifts independently.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with a health-conscious customer base.
