Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and assist customers in-store with personalized recommendations on energy plans and money-saving energy options. Begin and complete the sales cycle.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions and account setup
• Build strong relationships through consistent processes
• Present product information clearly and confidently
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account records
• Support sales goals through relationship-driven outreach and effective communication
