RJM Auto Repair & Tire is looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician / A-Tech to join our team. We're looking for someone who is highly skilled in diagnostics and drivability, takes pride in doing things right, and has a leader mentality.

We want someone who cares about the quality of their work, the people they work with, and the customers who trust us with their vehicles.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues
• Perform repairs across engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical faults
• Perform inspections, maintenance, alignments, and general repairs as needed
• Clearly document diagnostic findings and completed repairs
• Help support and mentor other technicians when needed
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and take ownership of every vehicle you work on

What We're Looking For

• Extensive professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and drivability skills
• Strong electrical troubleshooting ability
• Experience with modern diagnostic equipment and scan tools
• ASE certifications preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable, efficient, and organized
• Takes pride in producing quality work

Compensation: $40-55 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
