Sales- Service Specialist

Compensation Mix: Hourly plus Overtime

$20.00 to $22.50 per hour

Personal Vehicle Mileage Program for personal vehicle use

Job Requirements:

Ability to obtain ABC License, Ability to maintain reliable transportation, Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements, Ability to pass WorkSteps.

For All Sales Positions:

1. Prompt and regular attendance at an assigned work areas

2. Ability to work shifts of at least 8 hours, and occasionally longer, 5 days per week.

3. Ability to receive and understand direction from supervision and management.

4. Availability on site to confer with staff members with whom the employee must interact on a regular basis.

5. Ability to complete or oversee the completion of assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner.

6. Ability to follow safe work practices and operate R.H. Barringer equipment safely. Promote Company safety programs and policies.

7. Ability to follow all Company operational and administrative procedures.

8. Ability to perform all other duties as required by Management.

9. Ability to identify and communicate suggestions to improve sales safety and/or efficiency to the Area Sales Manager.

10. Ability to operate available, approved equipment at each account.

For this position:

1. Ability to stock, merchandise, rotate and face product in displays, cold box, cooler, hot shelf, etc. for scheduled accounts.

2. Ability to maintain merchandising standards.

3. Ability to manage product inventory

4. Ability to maintain professional relationship with key personnel in all accounts.

5. Ability to process electronic orders using the Encompass software and a tablet or phone.

6. Ability to manage pricing material.

7. Ability to foster positive relationships with store management and personnel and provide superior customer service.

8. Ability to use equipment to transport products (hand trucks and carts).

9. Ability to display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.

10. Ability to maintain back room stock - space, appearance, rotation, etc.

11. Ability to efficiently communicate store issues to management.

12. Ability to operate a vehicle safely and courteously.

13. Ability to service accounts during designated times established by management.

14. Ability to operate under minimal supervision.

15. Ability to work until the entire job is done, including in adverse weather conditions, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as business dictates.

16. Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale and merchandising of products.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to lift 20-50 pounds 200-800 times per day.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3. 2 years Previous Sales Experience
