General Laborer

General Laborers are responsible for supporting stone production operations including machine

feeding, material handling, and maintenance support.

Stone Processing

Employees will:

%CF; Feed raw stone into veneer saw machines safely and efficiently

%CF; Maintain consistent machine feed rates to support production targets

%CF; Monitor material flow to prevent jams or equipment damage

Material Handling

Employees will:

%CF; Sort stone materials by size, quality, and type

%CF; Stack finished veneer products in designated storage areas

%CF; Move materials safely using proper lifting techniques

%CF; Maintain organized pallet stacking for shipping and storage

Equipment Maintenance

General Laborers are responsible for basic machine upkeep including:

Daily Tasks

%CF; Check for abnormal noises or operation issues

%CF; Clean debris and slurry buildup around equipment

Weekly Tasks

%CF; Assist maintenance personnel with scheduled lubrication

%CF; Inspect work areas for wear or hazards

%CF; Report any mechanical issues immediately

Housekeeping

Employees must maintain a safe and clean work environment by:

%CF; Removing debris from work areas

%CF; Keeping aisles and walkways clear

%CF; Organizing tools and materials properly

%CF; Assisting with end-of-shift cleanup procedures
