Sales and Marketing Representative

As a Customer Growth Representative, you will serve as the connection between customers and nationally recognized brands. Working in a retail environment, you will educate customers, answer questions, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. Through hands-on training and daily coaching, you'll develop communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills that can support long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a professional and approachable manner.
• Introduce customers to products, services, and available promotions.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
• Build strong customer relationships through quality conversations and service.
• Support sales initiatives while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Track personal performance and work toward individual and team goals.
• Attend training sessions focused on communication, sales strategies, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Dependable, motivated, and goal-focused.
• Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not required.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability: Full-time schedule availability, including weekends when needed.
• Work Location: Fully in-person role at retail partner locations.

Pay & Earning Potential

Hourly Pay: $15.92-$30.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.

In addition to hourly compensation, employees may earn performance-based commissions tied to individual results. Employees are guaranteed at least their hourly wages for all hours worked, including applicable overtime. When commission earnings exceed hourly wages during the applicable pay period, employees receive the higher commission amount in accordance with applicable law.

Strong performers may earn approximately $800-$2,000 per week. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
