We are looking for a highly organized Sales Support Administrator to act as the backbone of our sales team. In this role, you will handle critical administrative tasks that allow our sales representatives to focus on building client relationships and closing deals.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will bridge the gap between our sales representatives, clients, and internal departments, ensuring that the entire sales pipeline runs smoothly from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Processing: Timely and accurate entry, tracking, and submitting or service agreements.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer profiles, communication logs, and sales records in our database.
- Sales Documentation: Assist with preparing formal pricing quotes, sales contracts, proposals, and presentations.
- Customer Support: Answer inbound inquiries via phone and email, provide order service status updates, and route complex requests to appropriate sales reps.
- Reporting: Compile and distribute weekly and monthly sales, commission, and pipeline performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a dedicated administrative role.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and experience navigating CRM systems like GoldMine, Smart Service and Quickbooks.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Superior time management and prioritization skills to balance multiple deadline-driven tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry, contract tracking, and numerical reporting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
