Inside Sales/ Customer Service/Account Management - Duluth Ga

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales/Customer Service/Account Management professional to join our large, dynamic team in Duluth, GA. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role involves driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales activities to achieve sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and support
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts
• Collaborate with team members in a large group setting (16+ members)
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales
