Total Care 2 U is a fast-growing home-based primary care practice serving seniors in their homes using evidence-based medicine. We are looking for a 3rd Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to help service South Austin including Kyle, Buda, and surrounding areas.

- Week A: 2 in-home days, 3 telemedicine days

Total Care 2 U is a local medical practice run by doctors dedicated to providing comprehensive primary and chronic/transitional care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Additionally, we coordinate services with home health agencies, hospitalists, assisted living, independent living, and CCRs. Our focus is partnering with doctors and facilities to create a patient-centered network for seniors with chronic illnesses.
