Mechanic

• MECHANIC - JFK T5/JETBLUE TERMINAL

(JFK Airport)

Starting Pay: $26-$35/hr.

JOB DUTIES:

• Troubleshoot and maintain conveyor systems and related equipment
• Perform electrical maintenance on high- and low-voltage systems
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
• Repair and maintain motors, brakes, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and conveyor lacing
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform corrective repairs
• Complete hands-on maintenance and mechanical repairs on airport equipment
• Climb ladders and work safely at varying heights
• Support a 24/7 airport operation and work assigned shifts as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with high- and low-voltage electrical systems
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and diagnose equipment issues
• Experience working with conveyor systems
• Knowledge of motors, brakes, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and related mechanical components
• Ability to perform hands-on equipment maintenance and repair
• Ability to climb ladders
• Flexibility to work any shift in a 24/7 operation

• MECHANIC (JFK Airport)

Starting Pay: $25-$30/hr.

JOB DUTIES:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
• Perform maintenance on motors, controls, and related systems
• Diagnose high- and low-voltage electrical issues
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Support operational equipment reliability and performance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong mechanical and electrical experience
• Ability to troubleshoot high- and low-voltage systems
• Experience working with motors and control systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
• Hands-on maintenance and repair skills

MECHANIC (LaGuardia Airport)

Starting Pay: $24-$42/hr.

JOB DUTIES:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on airport equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Support preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain operational readiness of equipment

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong mechanical and electrical experience
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to perform hands-on equipment maintenance and repairs

PREFERRED:

• Experience working with charging station systems
• Previous experience in airport, industrial, or transportation maintenance environments
