CSR Customer Service Representative Receptionist

North Star Animal Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, professional Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital. What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments with accuracy and empathy
• Help clients navigate questions, concerns, and care instructions
• Maintain up-to-date and detailed records in our software system, Ezyvet
• Support your team by staying organized, proactive, and positive
• Ensure a clean, welcoming reception area at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience as a veterinary CSR
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Comfort with computers and multi-line phone systems
• A special person that is outgoing, gracious, loving, patient, efficient, sympathetic, loves people and animals
• Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
• Team player who takes initiative and brings good energy

This is an in-person position. We’re a hands-on team that thrives on in-person collaboration and face-to-face client care.
