Operate heat press equipment to customize uniforms according to customer specifications.
Review customer orders to confirm accurate placement of logos, names, and numbers before and during production.
Adjust machine temperature and pressure settings to match each garment type and material.
Prep garments for customization — pre-pressing, trimming loose threads, and ensuring items are clean and wrinkle-free.
Keep the heat press station, tools, and supplies clean, organized, and ready for the next run.
Track inventory of press supplies and materials, and flag when restocking is needed.
Troubleshoot temperature or pressure issues and escalate to a team lead when needed.
Meet daily production quotas and deadlines set by the production team.
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
No prior heat press experience is required — full training is provided.
