LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – FORT MYERS, FL
EXPERIENCED LEAD TECH NEEDED – START ASAP!
Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for a strong, experienced Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Fort Myers, FL.
We need a hands-on, dependable Lead Tech who can troubleshoot maintenance issues, stay organized, and help keep the property running efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
- Lead Maintenance experience
- HVAC experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
- HVAC certification is a major plus
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- Experience with work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Must be available to start ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and assist with daily maintenance operations
- Complete apartment make-ready/unit turns
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
- Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
- Assist with training and directing maintenance staff
- Maintain common areas, grounds, equipment, and vacant units
- Provide professional service to residents and property management

We're looking for a qualified Lead Maintenance Technician who knows multifamily maintenance and can hit the ground running. Candidates with strong HVAC experience or certification will be highly considered.
