Medical Assistant - Scheduler

The Medical Assistant - Scheduler plays a critical role in managing patient appointments while ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers. This position involves scheduling through an Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrated system as well as manual coordination via phone and email, providing excellent customer service to support patient care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments using EHR integrated systems and manual methods

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients and healthcare staff

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in medical assisting
• Certificate or diploma in medical assisting
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Experience with scheduling software
• Strong customer service skills
