Avanza ABA is a BCBA-founded and led ABA practice providing compassionate, individualized, and high-quality ABA services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across Arizona. We are currently growing our East Valley team and are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, BCBA-led organization.

Current Openings

Amazing Full-Time opportunity available in Buckeye/Rainbow Valley area for 36 hours a week, Monday-Friday

  • ABA Therapy opportunity with a young learner in Buckeye/Rainbow Valley
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30-12:00pm and 2pm-6pm
  • Fun, sweet 3-year old client
  • Consistent/Guaranteed Daytime Hours
  • 36 hours per week schedule
  • Collaborative environment, supportive in-person BCBA, growth opportunities

Compensation

  • $25–$27/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in client's home
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collect and record accurate session data
  • Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skill development
  • Collaborate professionally with caregivers, schools, and clinical team members
  • Complete session documentation within required timelines
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and training

Qualifications Required:

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB or willing to get RBT certificate within 90 days
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Current auto insurance
  • Experience in working with children
  • Ability to pass background check/fingerprint clearance
  • Strong communication and professionalism

Preferred:

  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Experience in home and/or school settings
