What you'll do:
- Oversee leasing, renewals, resident retention, and day-to-day property operations
- Lead and develop the on-site leasing and maintenance team
- Own budgeting, financial reporting, occupancy goals, vendor relationships, and property presentation
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years experience as a Property Manager or Community Director in multifamily
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills
- Yardi / Entrata / AppFolio experience a plus
