· Develop and execute plans to grow revenue across indoor golf, food and beverage, arcade operations, events, promotions, memberships, leagues, and laundromat services.

· Establish annual and monthly operating goals, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.

· Review sales, labor, operating costs, inventory, and customer trends, and take timely corrective action when results fall short of plan.

· Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to ownership.

Team and Culture

· Recruit, hire, onboard, train, schedule, coach, and retain a high-performing team.

· Direct the work of supervisors, bartenders, guest-service employees, maintenance personnel, and other team members.

· Ensure managers and employees receive appropriate training in customer service, safety, responsible alcohol service, equipment operation, and company procedures.

Marketing, Promotions, and Events

· Develop and manage the location’s marketing calendar and local promotional strategy.

· Build partnerships with businesses, golf organizations, community groups, hotels, schools, leagues, and event planners.

· Create and promote golf leagues, tournaments, watch parties, corporate outings, private events, themed nights, holiday programs, and other traffic-building activities.

· Oversee social media, email marketing, community outreach, in-location promotions, and reputation management.

· Measure promotional results and adjust programs based on customer response and financial performance.

Arcade and Ancillary Revenue

· Develop strategies to increase arcade participation, repeat play, per-guest spending, and prize redemption engagement.

· Monitor game performance, pricing, placement, maintenance, downtime, and return on investment.

· Identify opportunities for packages and cross-promotions connecting golf, food and beverage, arcade play, events, and laundry services.

· Evaluate new games, attractions, memberships, and other revenue-generating concepts.

Operations and Cost Control

· Oversee daily opening, closing, cash-handling, purchasing, inventory, scheduling, maintenance, security, and facility procedures.

· Manage labor, beverage, food, supply, utility, repair, marketing, and other controllable costs.

· Maintain appropriate inventory levels and reduce waste, loss, theft, and unnecessary spending.

· Ensure golf technology, arcade games, laundry equipment, point-of-sale systems, and facility assets remain clean, operational, and properly maintained.

· Coordinate repairs, vendors, inspections, and preventive-maintenance programs.

· Maintain complete and accurate operating, personnel, financial, and compliance records.

Customer Experience

· Create a welcoming, fun, clean, safe, and consistently professional environment.

· Establish service standards and ensure the team resolves customer concerns promptly and fairly.

· Engage with guests, gather feedback, monitor reviews, and identify opportunities to improve the experience.

· Develop programs that encourage repeat visits, memberships, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty.

Safety and Compliance

· Operate the location in accordance with applicable federal, Florida, and local laws and regulations.

· Maintain compliance with alcoholic-beverage, food-service, sanitation, occupancy, employment, accessibility, safety, and recordkeeping requirements.

· Promote responsible alcohol service and ensure employees follow all age-verification and service procedures.
