Assistant General Manager | quick service restaurant

We're looking for a proven QSR leader who knows how to build strong teams, manage restaurant financial performance, and create consistent results.

4+ years of General Manager experience in a QSR environment is required.

What You'll Lead

As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the restaurant's daily operation, team performance, and financial results.

You'll:

• Lead, coach, and develop the management and restaurant team
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
• Drive sales, profitability, service, and operational performance
• Manage labor, food costs, and other controllable expenses
• Read and understand restaurant P&L statements
• Manage ordering and inventory systems
• Build effective staffing and scheduling plans
• Recruit, train, and develop employees and future leaders
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
• Build strong relationships with guests and the surrounding community

Required:

• 4+ years of General Manager experience in a QSR environment
• Wendy's or comparable major QSR experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls and financial performance
• Experience with food ordering and inventory systems
• Proven ability to manage and develop restaurant teams
• Strong scheduling and labor management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership presence and accountability
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment

What You Can Expect

• $65,000 to $80,000 base salary depending on experience
