Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, efficient, and reliable environment by overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all plant systems. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), low voltage, high voltage systems, and industrial machinery using schematics and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
  • Oversee the installation, calibration, and repair of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation components critical to manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards related to electrical systems, high voltage protocols, and facilities management regulations.
  • Collaborate with project management teams on facility upgrades or new equipment installations to meet operational goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory management to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Skills

  • Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience including low voltage and high voltage systems.
  • Expertise in industrial maintenance techniques with familiarity in schematics interpretation and troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in using CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and safety protocols related to electrical work.
  • Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation control systems.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with project management skills to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English communication for clear documentation and team coordination.
  • Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for electrical troubleshooting.
