Aircraft Product Acceptance/Quality Inspector

Job Description:

• Payrate: $37.93/hour W2
• Duration: Contract end of this year (possible extension based on performance and budget).
• Shift: 8am to 5pm (Must be flexible working on 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift as per business needs).

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Quality Inspection experience in Aircraft/Aerospace.
• Basic repair, troubleshooting, maintenance mechanical skills.
• Aviation/Aircraft mechanic experience (general aircraft experience does not need to be military background)

Preferred Experience:

• Airframe and Powerplant Certification

Responsibilities:

• Support onsite Supplier Quality. Verifies basic product conformance to design requirements.
• Provides objective evidence of results.
• Performs auditing, surveillance, and monitoring.
• Identifies and documents discrepancies using non-conformance system.
• Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
• Reviews rework dispositions.
• Assists in product reviews with internal customer during product or process verification.
