Warehouse Order Selector

We are a staffing agency seeking a Bilingual English/ Spanish motivated Order Selector to work on-site at one of our food manufacturing warehouse clients. Not remote. This is a 100% in-warehouse role. Work Environment: This is a cold warehouse. You must be comfortable working in refrigerated conditions for the full shift. Appropriate jackets, clothing, and boots are required.

Responsibilities:

• Select and prepare products according to customer orders and pick list and accurately pick products
• Operate an electric pallet jack / Forklift to safely to move pallets and products
• Load and organize products for shipping while preventing damage
• Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Perform basic inventory counts as needed
• Follow food safety, quality, and warehouse SOPs at all times
• Communicate with supervisors and warehouse team members regarding order status and inventory issues

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, order selecting, picking, or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to work in refrigerated/cold warehouse conditions for the full shift
• Ability to lift +30 lbs, move, and handle products and pallets safely
• Forklift operation skills
• Understanding of safety compliance requirements
• Bilingual English/ Spanish required.

Position Details

• Location: Moonachie, NJ (client’s warehouse)
• Schedule: Mon–Fri 7am to 3:30pm OT as needed
• Pay: starting $18-20/hour, based on experience
• Type: Full-time through our Staffing Agency Grace Staffing C&C. Temp-Perm
