Key Responsibilities

• Customer service & banter: Greet guests with a warm smile, take orders accurately, build rapport, and deliver exceptional service.
• Food Preparation: Fresh-slice high-quality meats and cheeses to order, bake fresh bread daily, prep produce, and grill hot subs to perfection.
• Assembly & "The Juice": Dress subs strictly according to Jersey Mike's standards, sprinkle "The Juice", wrap properly, and present orders fast.
• POS & Cash Handling: Process transactions quickly via point-of-sale systems.
• Store Cleanliness: Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others. Wash dishes, wipe tables, sweep/mop floors, clean prep areas, and keep restrooms spotless.
• Stocking & Safety: Assist with receiving shipments, restocking inventory, and strictly following food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

Must be 16 years old (Must be 18+ to operate meat slicer)

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 - 40 lbs.

Food service or retail experience is a plus but not required - we will train the right person!
