Industrial Dispatcher

Job description:

We are seeking a dependable and organized Dispatcher to join a fast-paced operations team. The Dispatcher will coordinate daily schedules, routes, assignments, and communications to help ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm when schedules change or unexpected issues arise. Previous dispatch or logistics experience is helpful, but not required. Candidates with experience in customer service, administration, transportation, or coordination are encouraged to apply.

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Schedule: 7 am-5 pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate daily schedules, assignments, and routes.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, customers, and internal team members.
• Monitor schedules and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure information is communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
• Track deliveries, pickups, service calls, or other scheduled activities.
• Respond to schedule changes, delays, and operational issues.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation.
• Work closely with team members to support smooth daily operations.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

• Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
