Mechanical Repair Technician

We're looking for someone who

%CF; Holds a high school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)

%CF; Has 3–5 years of experience in equipment repair, field service, manufacturing, or a related

technical role

%CF; Demonstrates strong mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills

%CF; Has a basic understanding of electronics and the ability to read technical drawings and

schematics

%CF; Is proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook

%CF; Demonstrates strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

%CF; Can work independently while managing multiple priorities

%CF; Has experience using ERP systems or service management software (preferred)

%CF; Is willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% as needed

%CF; Is available to work overtime when required

What you'll do

%CF; Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test precision equipment to meet quality standards

%CF; Perform equipment inspections and verify operational performance

%CF; Document repairs, testing results, and failure analysis reports

%CF; Communicate technical findings and provide support to customers and internal teams

%CF; Coordinate parts and materials needed for equipment repairs using ERP systems

%CF; Complete repairs and verify equipment meets operational specifications

%CF; Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide feedback for product

improvements

%CF; Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation

%CF; Monitor assigned service activities and prioritize daily workload

%CF; Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high customer service standards

Physical requirements

%CF; Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 25lbs

%CF; Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the workday

%CF; Must be able to perform repetitive hand and tool work

%CF; Must be comfortable working with mechanical and electronic equipment

%CF; Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require
