We are seeking a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist/Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner (PHDHP) to provide preventive and limited emergency dental care to our student population.

Responsibilities include:

  Deliver comprehensive preventive dental services (assessments, radiographs, prophylaxis, scaling/root planning, fluoride, sealants)

\n
• \n

  Provide chairside oral hygiene instruction and nutrition counseling

\n
• \n

  Participate in schoolwide oral health education initiatives

\n
• \n

  Maintain compliance with OSHA/CDC infection control standards

\n
• \n

  Maintain dental equipment and supplies

\n
• \n

  Work across three schoolbased dental clinics (Elementary & Senior Schools)

  \n

Schedule & Pay:

\n
• \n

  Up to 29 hours/week, TuesdayFriday (7:30 a.m.3:15 p.m.)

Qualifications:

\n
• \n

  Associate degree from ADAaccredited dental hygiene program

\n
• \n

  Minimum 1 year of general dental practice experience

\n
• \n

  Active PA RDH and PHDHP licenses

\n
• \n

  Current CPR/AED certification

\n
• \n

  Strong ability to work with children of all ages

\n
• \n

  Dentrix/Dolphin experience a plus
