We are looking for a reliable, sharp, and motivated Maintenance & Cleaning Technician to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will handle a mix of commercial cleaning duties and light-duty maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Assistance: Perform light-duty painting, basic plumbing fixes, minor electrical troubleshooting, and simple carpentry repairs.
• Routine Maintenance & Cleaning: Ensure buildings and facilities are kept in pristine condition.
• Problem Solving: Spot issues on-site and fix them quickly using practical, common-sense solutions.
• Efficiency: Complete daily task lists thoroughly while managing your time effectively.

What We Are Looking For

• Mechanical Aptitude: You know how to work safely with tools and understand how basic mechanical systems operate.
• Sharp Problem-Solving Skills: You can think on your feet and solve common-sense property issues without needing constant supervision.
• Organized & Efficient Work Style: You keep your workspaces neat, manage your tasks well, and pay attention to details.
• Reliability: You are dependable and ready to start the workday energized for our 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday shift.
