HVAC Facilities Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, and other plant systems during the overnight shift
* Respond to equipment and building system breakdowns, and operate and maintain compressors, elevators, chillers, generators, and related equipment
* Conduct nightly facility walkthroughs to identify safety hazards, leaks, equipment issues, and perform minor building repairs as needed
* Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders, follow all safety protocols, and communicate ongoing issues with day-shift facilities staff
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related field
* Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 4pm to 12:30am
* Proficient with hand tools and power tools
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Trade school or technical certification is a plus
