Clinical social worker or clinical therapist

The Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Therapist will provide both individual and group therapy in a private practice setting. This role involves managing an independent caseload with supervision from a senior clinician, working collaboratively within a team to ensure comprehensive client care. The clinician plays a crucial part in client assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention without on-call or emergency response duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to determine needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Perform crisis intervention as necessary
• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other clinicians and team members
• Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers or services
• Advocate for patients’ needs and support their well-being
• Manage an independent caseload under senior clinician supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Accepting both associate and licensed clinicians
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related clinical field
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential preferred
