Positions are part-time and based in a residential environment for Mondays, Wednesdays, Firdays from 4:30-7:30pm and Saturdays from 10-2pm. Staff will be responsible for implementing one-on-one ABA therapy or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays.

ABA therapists will be responsible for implementing behavior analytic procedures designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Positions are part-time and based in a residential environment for Mondays, Wednesdays, Firdays from 4:30-7:30pm and Saturdays from 10-2pm. Staff will be responsible for implementing one-on-one ABA therapy or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental delays.
- Use Central Reach Essentials for data and daily note collection
- Provide individual support to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Use evidence-based treatment methods prescribed by the BCBA to facilitate group and individual treatment
- Assist with teaching Activities of Daily Living (ADL) skills such as toilet training, dressing, eating, functional communication, and behavior reduction.
- Work with a team of professionals and be open to suggestions from supervisors and fellow staff
- Obtain and Maintain RBT certification within 90 days
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an RBT ( 1 year or more preferred)
- Associates/bachelor’s degree
- Pass criminal background test
- Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable cell phones, laptop, and transportation
