Lead Installer / Multi-Trade Craftsman - Epoxy Flooring & Cabinets

This isn't a job for someone who only knows one trade.

GarageExperts of Tampa Bay is looking for an exceptional multi-trade craftsman and lead installer who wants the opportunity to earn more, take on more responsibility, and build a career with a growing company.

We install complete garage improvement projects throughout Tampa Bay, including professional concrete coatings, cabinets, overhead storage, wall storage systems, bike racks and other garage organization products.

That means you won't necessarily spend every day doing the same thing.

One day you may lead an epoxy flooring installation. The next you may install cabinets, mount overhead storage, complete concrete repairs or finish several different components of a larger garage project.

We're looking for someone who likes that variety and has the skills to handle it.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is the person other people on the crew rely on when something needs to be done correctly.

You should be mechanically inclined, comfortable working with your hands and experienced across multiple construction or installation trades.

Experience may include:

• Epoxy, polyaspartic or other resinous floor coatings
• Concrete grinding, preparation and repair
• Cabinet installation
• Finish carpentry
• Construction or remodeling
• Wall-mounted storage systems
• Overhead garage storage
• Shelving and organization systems
• General residential installation work
• Other skilled trades

Previous experience leading epoxy flooring installations is highly desirable, particularly someone with at least one year of experience independently running coating jobs.

However, we're especially interested in people who have developed skills across multiple trades rather than spending their entire career doing only one type of work.

We're not looking to build a company where every installer is interchangeable and everyone earns the same amount regardless of capability.

The more you can do, the more valuable you can become — and we want compensation to reflect that.

Someone who can independently run a flooring project, install cabinets, solve problems in the field, communicate professionally with customers and lead other installers is significantly more valuable to us than someone who can only perform one task.

We're willing to pay accordingly for exceptional capability, reliability and leadership.

Where This Position Can Go

We're building for growth, and this position has the potential to become much more than a lead installer role.

The right person could progress from:

Lead Installer → Crew Leader → Installation Manager → Leadership over multiple installation teams

As we add crews, we need someone capable of helping train installers, maintain quality standards, coordinate multiple projects and eventually oversee multiple teams.

There is no guarantee that simply being here long enough earns that position.

Performance does.
