Job Summary:

  • Seeking a Reliability Engineer II to support medical device manufacturing, equipment qualification, process validation, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement initiatives.
  • This role will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support medical device manufacturing and equipment qualification.
  • Perform process validation, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Support change control, quality/process improvement, and risk management.
  • Work with drawings, BOMs, GD&T, mechanical components, and custom fixtures.
  • Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Support manufacturing equipment qualification in a cleanroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 2+ years of medical device experience.
  • Experience with equipment qualification, process validation, and medical device change control.
  • Knowledge of CSV, GD&T, BOMs, and engineering drawings.
  • Hands-on mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and manufacturing support experience.
  • Experience with regulated environments and quality systems such as ISO 13485/FDA 21 CFR 820 preferred.
