Hiring Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our team and play a key role in the assembly of precision CNC machines. In this hands-on position, you will assemble equipment from the ground up using a variety of hand and power tools while following detailed work instructions. If you enjoy working with mechanical systems, reading assembly instructions, and building high-quality products, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Assemble CNC machines and mechanical components from the ground up.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete mechanical assemblies.
- Install and fit parts ranging in size from small components to large machine assemblies.
- Follow detailed written work instructions and assembly procedures provided on an iPad.
- Utilize verbal instructions and guidance from supervisors and team members when needed.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical environment.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly diagrams.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working with components of varying sizes and weights.
- Prior mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or CNC machine assembly experience is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxnard, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
