Day Shift Opportunity | Pick & Pack Associate | $13.50/Hour We're hiring for a Pick & Pack Associate position in the Cookeville area. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, order fulfillment, or shipping experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to meet production goals, we'd like to hear from you. What you'll do:

• Pick customer orders from shelves using scanners or pick lists
• Pack products securely for shipment and apply shipping labels
• Inspect products for quality and order accuracy
• Prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe

What you need:

• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience required
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated throughout the shift
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and productivity
• Professional attitude and dependable attendance
• Consistent work history and ability to meet production expectations
