Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Maryland SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Experience in school settings preferred, with knowledge of IEP processes
• Ability to work across age groups, particularly high school, career/technical, and elementary students
• Solid collaboration and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads efficiently

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy through individual and group sessions
• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive assessments
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
• Consult with special education teams, teachers, and parents on communication strategies
• Offer guidance to staff and caregivers, fostering supportive learning environments across multiple sites
