Our client is a specialized medical device manufacturer in Branford, CT, producing high-precision cardiac gating monitors for diagnostic imaging systems (CT, PET, MRI). Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections/tests on electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), subassemblies, and finished cardiac gating monitors.
- Record inspection findings, maintain Device History Records (DHR), and draft quality control reports in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Identify, segregate, and document non-conforming materials (NCMRs). Assist quality engineering and production teams in root-cause investigations.
- Monitor, maintain, and verify calibration status for electronic measurement tools, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and specialized test equipment.
- Conduct routine quality audits across assembly operations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Ensure all activities adhere to FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485, and internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
