Join a busy apartment community where you’ll handle essential maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly. You’ll perform repairs, support unit turns, and help maintain safe, functional living spaces for residents.
Job Description- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Complete work orders promptly and professionally
- Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Use personal tools to complete daily tasks
- Apartment or residential maintenance experience
- Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues
- Must provide own tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments
- Weekly pay
