- Feeding materials into machines and ensuring smooth operation of packaging equipment
- Performing quality checks, inspecting products for defects, and counting products before packing
- Making minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality and minimize interruptions
- Replacing adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery as needed
- Ensuring all finished goods or work-in-progress have correct identification labels
- Stacking finished products in proper configurations for transportation
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area and following all company safety rules and policies
- Promptly reporting any health, safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency concerns to supervisors
- Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Bring at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (highly preferred)
- Work effectively as part of a team and follow standard work instructions
- Value safety, quality, and efficiency in your work
