Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Fishers, Indiana

This part-time opportunity (4 days per week) invites a passionate SLP to make a meaningful impact while working on a diverse and engaged elementary caseload.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY welcomed)
• Experience with pediatric or elementary student populations
• Comfortable collaborating with various educational teams and families
• Prior exposure to school-based therapy settings; SLPA or healthcare SLP experience valued
• Ability to tailor interventions for individual needs and foster communication growth in young learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and create customized intervention plans for elementary students
• Deliver direct and consultative Speech-Language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Document progress and collaborate with educators, staff, and families to maximize outcomes
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings, providing input to support student success in the classroom
• Supervise and mentor SLPA team members as appropriate
• Stay informed of best practices for school-based speech therapy and contribute to ongoing growth initiatives
