Location: City of Industry, CA
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Admin to support our Accounting team. This is an entry-level opportunity that is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in accounts receivable and general accounting.

Responsibilities
  • Reconcile and apply customer payments received by ACH, wire, check, CIT, and cash.
  • Assist with credit memos, account adjustments, and related documentation.
  • Review AR aging reports and assist with customer follow-up on outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and send customer statements and payment reminders.
  • Perform data entry, filing, account reconciliations, and other accounting support tasks.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
