General Manager – Fast-Casual Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of a growing fast-casual restaurant. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, providing great guest service, and keeping the restaurant organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Create schedules and maintain proper staffing levels
• Lead the team during busy shifts
• Maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
• Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, labor, and expenses
• Review sales and financial results
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant
• Ensure food safety and company procedures are followed
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Build a positive culture with clear expectations and accountability

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• General Manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing labor, inventory, food costs, and restaurant financials
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends when needed
