Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) – San Jose, CA

ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) to join a school-based team in San Jose, California.

This is a great opportunity for a Clinical Fellow looking to gain valuable school-based experience, develop clinical skills, and receive support throughout the CF year.

POSITION DETAILS:

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP CF)
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay: $55–$65/hour
Setting: School-based
Employment Type: Full-time contract
Start Date: ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide speech and language services to students in a school setting
• Conduct assessments and participate in evaluations as appropriate
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and small-group therapy
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other school professionals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals
• Support students with communication, articulation, language, fluency, and other speech-language needs
• Maintain compliance with school and district requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligible to begin a Clinical Fellowship
• California SLP licensure/credentialing eligibility
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and supporting student success
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and school staff
