Are you a laborer looking for a long-term home with a top-tier construction firm in Washington, PA? We are currently seeking reliable Skilled Laborers for Temporary/Temp-to-Hire, full-time positions in the Littleton, WV and Proctor, WV areas. This is a unique opportunity to show off your positive attitude and Laborer skill set in order to transition into a permanent role with our customers.

Role Details

• Status: Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity to transition to permanent role after 6 months)
• Location: Littleton, WV / Proctor, WV
• Pay Rate: Up to $23 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time with OT/ 5 10-hour shifts Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy tools and industrial equipment safely on site.
• Assist technicians and pipefitters with assembly and maintenance.
• Load, unload, and move heavy materials around the work site.
• Follow strict safety rules and wear proper safety gear at all times.
• Clean work areas, tools, and equipment after tasks are done.
• Inspect tools and machines for damage or faults before use.
• Monitor oil and gas operational processes and report issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior manual labor experience is preferred but not always required

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation to local job sites
• OSHA 10 or 30 card
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and a strong commitment to job site safety
• Must proper PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, work gloves)
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
