Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in the state (CCC required)
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions and monitor students’ progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student teams
