We are looking for a Business Analyst to support and enhance HR technology solutions for an organization based in Merion Station, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will help improve system performance, reporting, and data reliability while working closely with HR teams, business partners, and external vendors. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in HR systems administration and process improvement.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily administration of HR technology platforms, including configuration updates, user security, access permissions, routine maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Support HR service delivery tools by managing case workflows, queue structures, reporting needs, and knowledge resources that improve service efficiency.
• Coordinate system-related projects such as new implementations, platform enhancements, integrations, and version upgrades in collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party partners.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, metrics, and data extracts that provide meaningful insight for operational planning and business decisions.
• Perform audits and validation activities to strengthen data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and drive ongoing process improvements.
• Prepare and update documentation covering system settings, business procedures, workflow logic, and user-facing instructions.
• Provide training, troubleshooting assistance, and day-to-day guidance to HR team members and other business users to encourage effective system adoption.
• Gather business requirements, assess operational challenges, and recommend scalable HR technology solutions aligned with organizational needs.
• Monitor connections between HR platforms and related systems such as payroll, benefits, recruiting, learning, and workforce management applications.
• Serve as a key resource for HR technology by offering functional expertise and helping ensure compliance with privacy, security, and company policy standards.• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting and administering HRIS platforms such as Dayforce, Workday, or similar enterprise HR systems.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, including payroll, benefits, compensation, talent processes, and the employee lifecycle.
• Knowledge of data governance practices, system security, user provisioning, and role-based access administration.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects, analyze business needs, and solve problems effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience creating process documentation, conducting system testing, performing audits, and troubleshooting technical or functional issues.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when working with sensitive employee and organizational data.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a practical, business-oriented manner.
