Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a collaborative dental team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality preventive and hygiene care while creating a comfortable experience for patients of all ages.

• Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license

• Current CPR certification

• Laser certification preferred, but not required

• Must be able to commute to Westwood, MA

• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Collect and review patients' medical and dental histories

• Perform dental charting and update patient records

• Provide routine hygiene services, including polishing, flossing, fluoride, and sealants

• Perform deep scaling and laser therapy as applicable

• Expose radiographs

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care

• Provide chairside assistance during hygiene visits as needed

• Maintain sterilization and infection-control procedures

• Contact patients regarding overdue recare appointments

• Stock treatment areas and maintain inventory

• Document patient care and exam notes accurately

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care

• $100,000-$120,000 annual salary
